I'm having problems with batch converting PDF files to Word.

When working with the PDF24 Tools, I encounter problems with the batch conversion of PDF files to Word format. Despite the user-friendly nature and the diverse features of the tools, there seem to be difficulties when multiple files are to be converted at the same time. The conversion process either does not complete, or the original formatting of the documents is lost. Additionally, the tool does not seem to function correctly when extracting information from multiple PDF files at once. I am looking for a solution to carry out the batch conversion of PDF files into Word without errors using the PDF24 Tools.
The PDF24 Tools offer a solution to the problem of batch conversion by allowing the process to be tackled step by step. First, you should convert each PDF file individually into Word to ensure that the original formatting is retained. Afterwards, you can merge these individual Word files to achieve the final result. With this approach, you can also verify if all the information was correctly extracted. Thus, batch conversion is still fundamentally possible, albeit in a slightly modified form. This approach could help to solve the problems that occur during the batch process.

How it works

  1. 1. Click on the 'PDF to Word' tool.
  2. 2. Select the PDF file you want to convert.
  3. 3. Click on 'Convert' and wait for the process to complete.
  4. 4. Download the converted Word file.
