Although Sunbird Messaging is an open-source tool with a variety of features for interacting with emails, news feeds, chat logs, and more, I find the user interface of the tool challenging. The issue lies precisely in the difficulty of using the tool's functions efficiently and interacting with the system in a simple and uncomplicated manner. The problems mainly occur when it comes to managing large volumes of emails, filtering spam, and using the smart search features. Moreover, the functions of tabbed email, the integrated calendar, and the web search also seem to be not intuitively operable. So, the problem lies in the lack of user-friendliness and intuitiveness of the user interface of Sunbird Messaging.
